Andrea founded Simplify after recognising a significant gap in the separation sector: couples were often left to choose between engaging lawyers to manage every part of their matter or attempting to navigate an unfamiliar, emotionally demanding and legally significant process on their own.
Drawing on her professional leadership experience, personal experience of separation and extensive work supporting separating families, Andrea designed an end-to-end pathway that brings structure, coordination and humanity to the financial settlement process.
Andrea remains involved throughout each client journey, providing strategic direction, guiding communication and supporting clients through the important decisions and more sensitive stages of their separation.

Mark guides clients through gathering and verifying financial information, preparing a complete balance sheet and ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of the asset pool before settlement discussions begin.
Having experienced separation himself, Mark understands how easy it is for fear and uncertainty to drive financial decisions.
His approach focuses on helping clients slow the process down, understand the full financial picture, and make informed decisions that protect their future.

Currently completing her legal studies, Emma supports clients by assisting with the preparation of Consent Order documentation and Court application paperwork.
